SUP lessons
Stand up paddle-boarding is one of the fastest growing outdoor sports in the UK. Our 1hr and a half SUP taster sessions are perfect if you have very little or no experience of the sport. Your first lesson will take place on Maenporth Beach. You will be introduced to your equipment and the environment and how conditions will affect your paddle session. Basic paddle techniques and board control will be taught alongside beach and sea safety. All equipment is provided including full wetsuit, SUP, paddle, and buoyancy aid, you only need to bring swimwear and a towel.

Kayak Hire
We offer equipment hire from Maenporth Beach. Just call and book!
We also offer watersports equipment hire for those that don’t wish to have a lesson. We can stock all sizes of wetsuits and boards (Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP), surfboards and bodyboards), with a soft roof rack to transport the equipment using your own car, along with useful advice on where is best to head for and weather and tide conditions likely to occur that day. Our equipment is well maintained and would be chosen from our stock by our qualified surf instructors according to your skills and experience in compliance with the SURF HIRE SAFETY scheme run by the RNLI. To avoid disappointment our advice is to book your equipment in advance! You can even use our vouchers to hire equipment. Please get in contact if you would like to find out more about our vouchers.

SUP Yoga
We offer a variety of SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness classes from Maenporth Beach, Falmouth.SUP Yoga Fitness is an exciting way to workout, offering different challenges and awesome results from using Stand Up Paddle Boards. Different postures and exercises are performed on a Stand-Up Paddle Board whilst floating on the sea, challenging your balance while having a whole lot of fun! These sessions happen whenever the tide is high, and the water conditions are safe. All equipment is provided, and no membership required.

Beach yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and should be conditioned together. Naomi teaches our beach yoga classes and attempts to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

SUP Hire
All SUP equipment is available to hire including boards, wetsuits, boots, and buoyancy aids. Hire your equipment for an hour, for the day or the whole week, our team will give you advice on the most suitable locations for flat water paddling or to catch some waves. Our hire SUP’s are inflatable 9’0 and 10’0 boards, making them light weight and easy to carry to the beach. We can include a pump and carry bag for free if you wish to transport the bag by car and re-inflate at your preferred location.

Mega SUP Board Hire
The ultimate Family Adventure platform!
Our giant SUP board is stable and easy to use and can take up to 6 paddlers. It involves teamwork, communication and a commitment to adventure and fun! Suitable for all groups from families, to businesses wanting team building sessions to be a little bit different! It is also ideal for Hen and Stag groups. Under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors, explore the Cornish coastline as a team, dive in the water from the ultimate diving board and experience it all with your friends and family! Buoyancy aids and paddles provided.

Mega SUP snorkel adventure
The ultimate Family Adventure platform!
We will be launching the mega sup from Meanporth beach and set sail for the caves OR the ship wreck (depending on the conditions). Then we will anchor the board and it’s time for you to plunge in to the beautiful blue abyss under the watch full eye are our experienced and qualified instructors.
Don’t forget to keep an eye out for starfish, seals, cuttlefish, cormorants, Coral, Ballen wrass, seahorse, dolphins and other incredible coastal life.

Sup tour
Explore the unknown.. our sup tours are always a new and exciting experience. Growing up in Cornwall, both Naomi and Matt have great knowledge of where it is best to paddle for the time of year and weather conditions. We provide all the boards, paddles and wetsuits. Don't worry if it's your first time, we love helping people find their sup legs! If you fancy adding a sup yoga session to your adventure, just mention it in your booking form.
